Heard Shurmur on Sirius I have heard a couple of interviews, 2nd of which was tonight, with Shurmur...he sounds so much more like an NFL coach than Spags ever did. Shurmur is confident, talks about actually winning games and what makes winning players. He may not get the Browns over the hump but I have no doubt he is and will be a much better HC than Spags ever was.
