Fisher's CB's at Tennessee

One amazing fact about the Tennesse CB's, I think that every CB who played a significant role since 1995 was drafted by the Titans with the exception of Nick Harper who started for three years. He was a free agent picked up from the Colts. Up until ten years ago, Fisher seemed to draft guys who were 6 foot or taller such as Rolle, Walker and Willfolk. He turned in the last ten years to smaller players like Pacman Jones, Cortland Finnegan, Jason McCorty, Reynaldo Hill and Andre Dyson who were all around 5'10 and 185 pounds. Even the backups were low round draft choices, only a couple inside the top 100. The guys he drafted were usually very fast and most of them returned kicks. CB's didn't play much after the age of 30.

Most of the top players in the draft class seem to fit that pattern . Kirkpatrick might be the exception. Bartell probably did not fit, not sure about Fletcher and Murphy.
I would expect the Rams to pick up a CB early. If not, they will likely draft a couple late. Check out those 5'10 185 lb guys who run below 4.4.
