I think I know the plan....

I was trying different Rams mocks.......and needs.....etc.

I realized that we are about 6 extremely good players and 4 good rotational/depth players away from being a playoff caliber team.

The one thing that completely derails this potential is if Sam faulters again this year.

The Media and the Fans will bury Snead and Bradford in light of the RGIII trade. Everyone in the organization knows this.

The result....I believe...is that the defense has received all the help it's going to get this year. There may be a low level FA and possibly a pick starting in rd. 3. But that's it. 2013 will be the year we infuse probably a 1st and second round pick on defense.

This year............I'm betting......... Picks 6, 33, and 39 will be offense.......

And assuming that.......If I'm Snead....I'm taking....

1. Blackmon .... We urgently need a number one pick and he is in the BPA discussion, at least, in that spot.
33. C. Fleener ... The NE TE trend....Best field stretcher at TE....position of need....and right where he should be taken.
39. Would love Doug Martin....but that's a luxury....I instead go Offensive Line... BPA....... (Adams, Zeitler, Brooks, Konz, Osemele, Massey)
65. One of L. David, Z. Brown, N. Bradham, T. Carder.

The rest of the way.......

I would love to see a young RB (Hillman, Gray, Meggett, Baker)..............Perhaps a Broyles and a Guard and a DT?

Then...........1st 3 picks in 2013 can go DT stud, RB stud, OLB 2nd round....... plus FA guys...

not sure the order, but agree a lot of offense

That would break Fisher's pattern substantially.

Good coaches adapt to the new game. Remember Vermeil?
