I was already logged in but...

I had to log in again with name and password before I could post, which was weird. I had been logged in about 5 minutes at the time. And I could see at the top of the main page "Welcome, MamaRAMa" so I thought I was in. But when I hit "New Topic", there was a message that said something about "anytime you navigate away you must re-authenticate". HUH???? I did it, but... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

What was up with that?
