OBJ out of bounds, ok Kupp gets it and I am thinking he will stay in bounds, but nopeby headslapper - Game Time Forum
we have let them back in, given them the momentum and now they are believing on both sides of the ball. I hate this coaching right nowby headslapper - Game Time Forum
giving them that FG with 1 second means his streak of winning if ahead at halftime will be safe no matter what happens. Anyone know what his record is going into half time tied?by headslapper - Game Time Forum
Sony runs 10 yards, then we start throwing? Sony runs 12 yards, then we start throwing? I was like it is Sony time and then I remembered McVay was our coachby headslapper - Game Time Forum
Stafford was horrible. It was a very frustrating game and from my memory as long as the line holds up better and Stafford plays even close to what his normal is we should win. I agree set up the run game will help the oline, but the main reason they won last game seems to be pressure on Stafford and Stafford mistakes and mis throwsby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
all teams do, but did notice more first down runs early and more jumbo sets which was encouragingby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
yeah that is silly, no way he has lost the locker room, how else does OBJ come? All the players recruited him because they love playing in LA. No pre-season, no crazy heavy loads, etc. It is a players dreamby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay seems to be able to build a team culture really well, he seems to be able to construct and install an offense really well. He does not seem to adjust well. Be it 2018 or this season, what we see are defenses figure us out and it becomes game over. An explosive offense gets tamed. It seems it takes a really long time for McVay to craft an offensive response that is sufficient, but once thby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Cannot say it is a bust just yet. He is in his second year and both years have been affected by covid. Yes it is not good that Blanton gets more reps at this point, but blocking TEs usually get in quicker anyway. I say by this time next year if he is not playing at all we can use the B word, but I think a little more patience is reasonable.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I think it might have to do with scheme. Staley had his corners pressing and tight, and they could contain and that freed up AD to go all out. Raheem seems to have the corners play way off thus relying on the d line to cover the run more, this might keep AD from exploding a bit as his assignment might be to watch run first. Just a thought, have not looked at film to see if what I am sensingby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
If Stafford just takes the sacks he avoids INTs but I still think we lose. The INTs are more a symptom of losing at the line. All three losses our O Line got beat repeatedly. Like all QBs when you have time you make less mistakes. With that said, I do not know why McVay still doesn't adjust to pressure. He does start having Stafford roll out a bit, but it usually takes too long before heby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
You admit there is too much talent, our last HC had Snead at the helm as well. The 7-9 culture was permanent. So you have to admit that McVay improved the culture and made the talent get way much better. Sure you could say Snead was always the talent maker, but under Fisher he either was not as good or not in control, either way McVay either made him better or freed him up and so he needsby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
When we were down and Seattle was tops and we would beat them every time I think part of it was that we built our team around beating Seattle. I wonder if part of the niner dominance is that they have built their team around beating us? It feels different, but in both cases, we would beat Seattle and lose to everyone else and no matter how bad the niners are they seem to dominate us. Also,by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
not just deep throws, he is off on a lot of throws periodby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
SO we would trade them Evans and a seventh for a conditional seventh?by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
It is like having 3 point shooters in Basketball, if you have them it opens up the middle but if you don't they clog the middle. The threat of the 3 is all that matters, if you bring that threat they have to guard you. In football there are a couple ways to do such a thing, but the best way to consistently help your oline with pass protection is bring a deep threat to the table. For some reasoby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Fuller is great at being near the guy he is covering, but there were quite a few catches with him right next to the receiver. He better improve using his arms and hands, and going for the ball, otherwise game film will show other teams to throw at Fuller no matter how tight his coverage.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
is she adopted? haha just kidding, I sure you were great looking at some point :P great picsby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Man the defense was frustrating at times, especially the run D, the offense stalled out for large portions, but in the end we killed it and had a great game. We have room for improvement too, lots of room for improvement. With that said, the thing that excites me the most is the team itself, they are enjoying each other and enjoying the game. That is so huge. I have seen the difference betweeby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
It was never his speed I was worried about, it was his size. Tyreek Hill is small but thick with tree trunk legs, TuTu is small and small, and that is what concerns meby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
That is the main thing new RBs need to learn. If you have been playing you have a feel for this already, and hopefully you learned how to block. Running is running, what keeps rookies out from playing more is usually the pass protection duties.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
because there were reports that they were trying to trade him but his salary was too highby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
The reason we are keeping Hekker and trading Corey is salary, no one wanted Hekker's salary so it was keep Corey and release Hekker for nothing, or trade Corey and keep Hekkerby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Wolf is like McVay, they study and eat breathe and sleep football, he does better than his physical skills because of his passion, competitiveness, and mind. In fact Wolf reminds McVay of McVay It is this passion and study of the game that endears him to his backupby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
yeah they have to pay that money and even more if the cut Sony. So they win by saving a little money and getting picks. We win by just taking on his base salary, instead of paying someone say $500k more. Also there are no guarantees, if we had signed someone else there would have had to be some guarantees (most likely a signing bonus). So we get tons of flexibility, we can cut him tomorroby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Sony is costing the Patriots $1.27 million while the Rams pay $1.8 if he had been released how much would he have costed?by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
It is not a large sample size, I am not ready to assume it is a given he will get injured every year. More likely than others for sure, but he does not have a D Jax sort of sample size he got drafted two years ago.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
