I just booked the Ramada Plaza Hotel for the Sept. 8 game against the Cards (thru Hotwire @ $61/night). If anyone has any comments or info about the hotel I'd appreciate it!! (Thanks in advance!)by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I like tham all ... but it was the Blue and White's that made me go 'WOW!!!'.by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
"The dude isn't even 2nd string at LG, which tells me that year set him back further than I expected it to." I had a different take on that: the Rams are grooming him at RG to be Dahl's replacement (next year ... if not sooner).by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Not only is he still playing he played every game in each of the last 3 seasons and has only missed 1 game in 5 years!!by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD

God may have blessed Tebow. I kind of wonder why He didn't give Tebow the ability to pass the football while he was at it ...by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Yeah, but he missed the warmups for the game so he was a bit behind all the other players. (Just so you know, that warmup period is when they fully installed 'how to hold a bat' ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD
Well, what would you rather have Pead say? That he doesn't care if he plays or not just as long as he gets his money and gets to see the counrty? Personally I like that he doesn't like the way last years turned out: maybe he'll do something about it this year.by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD
Jimmy, you seriously underestimate your talents: this is a better tribute than any I've seen.by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD
To be honest I really wouldn't be surprised if Pead doesn't make it ... and he won't if he doesn't change the path he's on. But it's not unusual for guys to pick it up after a disappointing first year: I just hope the light goes on for this kid - he's got a lot of talent and he could really help the team.by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD
Keep in mind that Pead didn't get to go to OTAs last year so he didn't have the opportunity to learn the way Austin and Bailey are. Also, Bradford didn't have the grasp of the offense last year that he has this year so he couldn't help Pead the way he can help Austin and Bailey.by AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD
With all due respect to the 49ers ands Seahawks, the NFC West isn't the Rams problem. The Rams went 4-1-1 in the division last year, and I know the 49ers and Seahawks improved, but I can easily argue that the Rams improved more than either one. Where the Rams have to make up some ground is outside the NFC West. They went 3-7 against the rest of the league last year. They can drop to 4-2 in thby AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Did the same thing with Ogletree this year.by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
"They have 11 wide receivers on the roster ..." :ROTF Just a few weeks ago there were questions about how the Rams were going to get up to 6 WRs: now they have 11?!?by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum

"The Rams' plan to have 12 such players on their roster in 2014 requires a slight revision. The team is scheduled to have 11 such players on its roster after trading its 2013 second-round choice to the Buffalo Bills in the move to acquire Tavon Austin with the eighth overall choice." hmmm .... when I first read what Demoff was saying I just assumed that he was tipping his hand! I'd love to see the Rams get a lead once in a while and force other teams to abandon the run in order to try to catch up. Man, that pass rush ought to be awesome when they can forget about run responsibilities!!by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
In shape? Are you kidding me?!? That kid is way too short and way to light! Even with an offseason in the weight room he'll never hold up to the rigors of the NFL!!! (And don't tell me how many years he's gone without missing a game - this ain't Pee Wee flag football anymore: this is the NFL!!)by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I think the battle for LG will be more intense than safety. I wonder if the competition at WR and RB will be hotter than safety, too. At safety aren't McDonald & Stewart kind of penciled in at this point? At WR there's Givens, Quick, Austin, Stedman, and Pettis ... maybe Johnson, too. The Rams will still run some 2-WR sets: who's gonna be out there? I can see Cook lining up at WR, too!by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Two opinions, actually: 1.) How many passes will Bradford complete this year? 2.) Who's gonna catch them?!? My opinons: 1.) Last year Bradford completed 328 passes, good for 13th in the league. (Stafford lead the league with 435.) Even if he just increases his completion percentage from 59.5% to 62.3% (Andy Dalton's percentage) he'd have 342 completions next year. Then I anticipaby AlbaNY_Ram - The Original HERD

The Rams were 1-0-1 against the 49ers last year. What 'gap' did the draft widen?!?by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
1.) The DE's commit inside and take the RB option away. 2.) Ogletree, McDonald (and whoever else is close enough to get in on the action) hammer the QB. (I'd pay to see that ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
