Only seen a bit of Deandre . . . noticed he took over for Tipoti halfway through the year and was surprised about that. Johnson I like, but he needs work, same with Jernigan, your points are exact for me . . its what makes them top 40, not top 20. Nix was higher, but was so handled in the national championship that I have no idea what to expect. Thing is, someone of value will be there forby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I think he'll be more valuable down the road than now . . . with Pettis stepping up I doubt he sees much time without an injury getting him in the lineup. However, after Pettis leaves via FA (which is gonna happen) Im betting our starting WRs of the future are Bailey and Quick. I think he'll flash this year, and play really well, but that we'll be singing his praises more in 3 years than nowby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
"I think any comparisons to Alfred Morris are downright unrealistic" Maybe to Morris' production and overall role in the offense, but Stacy is simply the better back. He's faster and stronger and has better vision . . . it's not fair though with Shanahan, dude is the RB whisperer. I think as a single back in a spread formation with two solid bookend OTs . . lookout . . Stacy caby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Earl Thomas the safety. The rest are really big kids who are gonna have issues playing us. I could see us going the whole game without putting Quick or Pettis on the field.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Having finished the OTA’s last week, the Rams are now off for the summer; leaving us in limbo until late July when the team re-unites for training camp. Knowing what we know now, here are five questions you should ask yourself as we crawl towards the 2013 regular season... 1. Can The Rams' Defense Lead The NFL In Sacks ? YES But if the Rams are to own the league-lead in sacks, it willby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
In a college situation he was strong enough and fast enough to correct for that and made a lot of plays at UNC. But . . he's 250-255 . . so size is an issue . . also, he is so bullet quick off the snap that he can get out of position pretty easily . . but you trake that away and you're going to lose sacks . . I think it's a mix . . . I dont know that you can train him to be totally "sby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I am saying this because we picked well, explosively, and for positions that will get major playing time in a system which was built to best use their talents . . Tavon 80 receptions 1250 yards . . . 10 TDs . 200 yards rushing .. 1 PR TD and many good field positions from his return threats. Second in offensice ROY voting to Bell/Ball . . Ogletree . . 3 FF 2 INT, 2 FR, 2 TDs 2by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
The power of "tweeting" isnt helping. He'll learn to keep his mouth shut when he's drunk at a party and someone gives him a hard time . . Heisman isnt just a trophy, it's a target.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Agreed. If the spot was vacant and he wasn't showing up that would be an issue, but from what it sounds like he's just losing to another player who is showing up. As long as the X receiver is not a weakness there is no hurry.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I picked them, basically OVER the Bears and Cowboys, and not by much. I dont think the Bears will start well and I dont think the Cowboys will finish well. I dont see them having a consistent season . . but as far as the Lions, I think they are what you said . . "not yet a TEAM", but one that will thrive off of circumstance and talent and may make something of themselves by the end oby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
"Our D line, including rotation, is locked up for the next 3 years, isn't it?" Langford is the issue . . he is making 6 million and is the worst of the bunch . . its hard to see him not being cut after next year or heavily restructured. We dont have 3rd DT. Conrath and Cudjo are average at best . . . and we send DEs inside on 3rd down. We can't have average guys making that kinby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
The big "where are they"? teams are going to be the Seahawks and the 9ers . . I dont think the 9ers got better this year, I think they set themselves up for a run in 2014. Crabtree is injured . . Gore is old, Lattimore isnt ready . . and Kaepernick is not a surprise anymore. Goldson is gone . . J Smith is old . . And the team that loses the super bowl always has issues the folby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum

At his best, which he certainly is not, he is only a tad better than what I figure our boys could do this year, and he'll just be stealing reps. Besides that, he's not what he was, and he cant stay healthy, he had a good run . . he'll be a decent deal for someone that has an injury.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum

Thats awesome. Kid has the best hips and instincts Ive ever seen . . . love seeing Finn dish out the praise, that's good team spirit. <3by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum

I liked him coming out of that small school . . . the other part of the safety tandem with Godfrey. He has really quick feet . . . great in coverage . . Carolina was not the best situation for anyone to be in defensively. He's a 4.45 guy. Anyone know if he has any ties to our DC?by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
It's a really good one . . . Brockers and jenkins are both going to start making bids for their perennial pro bowl status this year I believe . . So . . looking at year 1-2 for Quinn, huge jump . . double digit sacks in his first year starting . . so why him still from year 2-3? Run defense. Same as LL. Started getting sacks before he became a decent run defender. If Quinn becomes a solby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
Brockers is already really good . . so is Jenkins, they are explosive and have great careers ahead of them. Quinn has 20 sack a year speed and cannot stop the run yet. His upside includes ten more sacks, and stuffing the run . .basically, he could be Demarcus Ware. That is the biggest upside . . Brockers and Jenkins have already tapped most of their potential.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I believe he made a bad first impression . . not necessarily his fault either. He was injured, and that didn't help, but something tells me he didn't have a "take charge" attitude and did not practice the way Fisher wanted him to. Some players simply play better in games than they do in practice . . so if he made a couple mental errors in practice and didnt show what I loved aboutby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
The only person we can't afford to lose on our entire team is Bradford . . everyone else has a capable backup or is in rotation. When I look at teams in the conference . . only the Packers can make such a boast . . Rodgers is the only person they can't replace. The Falcons need both Roddy and Julio to be effective on offense . . and its likely SJ will be key as well. The Seahawks have toby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I remember when he declared and Flip and I freaked out and put him in our top 10 . . . I did not know then how big he was . . He was my favorite DT . . and I thought we'd take him at 6. I was going to be fine with it . . getting him at 14 was unreal. How many went before him? Cox and Poe? They're going to be good also, but my money is still with Brockers.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
And thats a real compliment from me . . I have Suh around 7. 6-8 sacks from the DT spot is no fluke. If he can pull more than 8 he's going to the pro bowl.by alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
I think that when Fish drafts someone he assumes that they will be able to take over at some point . . seems like it's take over or be cut honestly. He keeps cost down by drafting and coaching well. He's spent money on Finn, probably wont need to spend any other real money on CB for a few years . . Finnegan was not back loaded, and he gets a lot of guaranteed money . . so I think he's withby alyoshamucci - Ramsrule.com Football Forum
