Quotedzrams QuoteSpeed_Kills I hear you and its not just about stats either especially not with me As I said he made a few plays for sure but in no way shape or form would my first post been about Goff.... the game so clearly was about Akers and the Rams defense Goff took a backset today... and that's ok too What he did not do is collapse I have been waiting for McVay to change upby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Right on R2K! I think this might have been McVay's best game plan and managed game of his Ram's tenure. I think it was pretty flawless.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Totally agree. It was a dominating win against one our worst enemies. We are 9-4 going into our last 3 games with a decent chance of finishing 12-4. I'm completely satisfied with this win tonight. No complaints or nitpicking from me.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

:thumbsup Ha ha . . . great call SST!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought Goff played really well tonight. I think that first pick was miscommunication and like somebody else said, Woods was getting tackled before the ball got there on the other pick, and of course no call. Meanwhile, Ramsey gets two DPI calls against him when he just touched Evans. But I digress. What bothered me in this game were the two delay of game penalties and some of McVays playby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Nice post Speed and I pretty much agree with it all. I think we got robbed in the Buffalo game at the end with that atrocious DPI call. Otherwise we would have had an epic comeback win. The Miami game I put squarely on Goff's shoulders. He was awful in that game and in spite of that we outgained them by 300-400 yards or thereabouts. It was all of those turnovers that killed us. I think there's some gamemanship going on in the article. Nevertheless, I think the Bucs are gonna bring the pressure A LOT Monday night. It's well known across the league that Goff just doesn't function well, and worse than most, when pressured. The Rams need to have a game plan to counter that. Hopefully McVay has figured this out by now. And, I agree with everybody about Arians. I coulby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude Thanks for that LMU! It sounds about right to me. An unbiased breakdown without the Goff "will never get better" agenda. Here is your pie... Hahaha...love your sense of humor Ramsdude! We need more of that on this board.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotenicecatchellard QuoteSpeed_Kills he wouldn’t be a backup long the locker room wouldn’t allow it players know when players aren’t good enough. If they added Darnold it would be instantly noticeable Darnold guys really? We think Darnold is an upgrade over Goff? I would take him as a backup but that may be his ceiling. Next were you guys are talking about James not going to happen. I wouldby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Shouldn't the QB be able to see if a rusher is going to be free if the QB knows the line calls and blocking assignments?by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- Ok, yes we can all agree yesterday was a disaster...don't know if was the fatigue of our fourth east cost trip, the Florida heat, the short week or what, but it was ugly.....but all that being said it was two key plays that doomed us, the Fumble TD and the punt return 1:17 minutes later....other then that, the Rams probably win that game Dolphins had like 145 yards total offeby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteClassicalwit The Dolphins have tall defensive players across the board. The results speak for themselves. You couldn't build a defense like they have using 5'-8" dwarfs. Hey!!! I'm 5'8" . . . you calling me a dwarf??? Just kidding. I'm a 5'11" dwarf.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Our division is too tough, and I hate to say it, but Jared Goff is a big question mark to me now. I've always supported him and believed in him but there is just too much evidence on tape now to not realize he just crumbles and panics when he gets pressured. That is the book on him. Get in his face and he will not make plays. That was the Dolphins defensive game plan and it worked. Goff waby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
But Brown stopped his route. I think that was more miscommunication than a horrible miss, although it did look like a horrible miss.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Tight, low scoring game. Please Rams...just win baby!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsAl48 I'm thinking the 49ers game plan is to run on 80% of the plays. Hopefully the linebackers and safeties take good angles in tackling Mostert..if he gets past the defensive line....it might be off to the races.... I'm worried about our linebackers lack of speed. In addition, expect Salah to stack the box and dial up the blitz on Goff. Rams offensive line need to dominate fromby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax The question is would you rather have Donald and Goff or Wilson? Donald and Goff. No brainer.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree on the Titans and especially Tannehill. What was going on in Miami? Bad coaching? Or did the light finally come on for the kid? He looks terrific and way better than he did in Miami. The Titans are going to be a tough out.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotenicecatchellard Kiss of death for Jefferson from mcvay. How many times have we heard this line from mcvay. Let's look back on this he said this about Tavon,Gurley,Everett, and Cooks. With the exception of Everett everyone has been cut or traded after McVay said that he wanted to get them more involved. And I expect Everett to be next on the chopping block. That character was hilarious and Keaton was great too. That movie is in my collection!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Good, interesting take Rock and you may very well be right. Aside from the opening drive where the Rams looked very sharp, they just didn't have it on Sunday. It's sports...you're not going to have your A game every time out. My golf game is a testament to that. One day, 76. The next time out, 82. There's no explanation. To your point though, the Rams won and that is the bottom line.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, you're seeing the same thing I'm seeing as far as most plays have PA and motion elements to them, which is fine. But, like you've alluded to, in those traditional passing downs where there aren't those elements, Goff just isn't getting the time on most of those. What I'm perplexed about, and I think it's been mentioned on the board, is why when we're in the red zone, we never throw theby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills if you had a WR or two that excelled at running those kinds of routes it might help So let’s say you’re right that the OL can’t sustain blocks on 7 step drops and you have WRs that aren’t true deep threats, then yup that combination would not be a good one Very true, that combo platter would not be a good one.
