Not sure I want any of the WR's... do they have any OL that could help out? ....maybe Jordan Reed... D Jackson maybe if I didn't think he was a potential problem...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
We are what we repeatedly do waka waka waka In the end, no matter who the Rams choose, they still have to surround the guy with good people. And McVay might be lacking the connections or working relationships that a more experienced coach might have. And would he have enough if plan A and plan B for DC fail to sign as expected. Not saying he doesn't because I know he's from a football famiby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Not really a Rams type of move. I think the Rams are determined to overthink this. And in the end not see the forest for the trees. Or the trees for the forest... or however that goes.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
but there was a huge difference between Spags and Fisher. Songs had Bradford for two years. His rookie of the year season and the season that Josh Daniels tried to kill him. And Fisher brought in Schotty, Cignetti and Boras. Spags lost Shurmer to a head coaching position in the NFL. schotty left for a college OC position. Should be noted the McDaniels was awful. That's pretty impressive. I watched the Falcons vs Eagles earlier this week and it looked like... I hate to say it... the Rams offense with Julio Jones making impossible catches. It was pretty anemic though and I think they lost. (Just watching to see the Falcons O... not really the game itself) The creativity in that game came from the Eagles side. Anyway, if that was representative of the Faby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think there is some slim chance they get a coach who can do the job. But it's kind of like picking a QB high. Lots of stuff depends on the talent around him. When Spags took over he had nothing to work with. Devaney was no help. They lost the OC and brought in McDaniels who I think wanted to kill #8. They simply had no talent. It was a no win scenario... well it was a two win scenario.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I saw them just completely lose confidence when they were trying to maintain a lead. And this is perhaps my own personal observation but his body language showed a lack of confidence in crunch time. Anyway, I always thought that he was probably a good coach but when the going got tough, he wasn't the man for the job. Again IMOby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
He's on a completely different page in a completely different book in a completely different library. Benched twice? He probably did improve on something but he took steps back in other areas that he couldn't afford to. I simply think he has to be delusional in order to maintain some confidence in himself. His bar is simply "to function" and he can't reach it. He has to tell hby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
to me that means Snead was directed to take chances. And not safer picks like Matthews. Or perhaps that was all Snead because Fisher usually adds some weight to players he knows and he certainly would have known Matthews. But G Rob had/has the physical potential to be great. And if your goal is to draft a Hall of Fame player then you have to take the chance on G Rob over Matthews or Lewan. ... Saby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
EVERYBODY sucked on the Rams offense. And it sounds like Boudreau wasn't thrilled with G Rob based on a fan's report of him having to be restrained from G Rob during a game. And this is a coach that makes chicken salad out of chicken poo... which should say something about G Rob... Not a good year for him to be sure. regarding drafting Tavon Austin... somehow he got endorsed so highly they traded up to get him. Or maybe they didn't bring him in for a workout... which would (further) endorse the dumb FO sentiment.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
but he should have never made it past year 3. Hindsight being 20/20 I don't like Fisher personally but he did stop the bleeding and turn the team around BUT that was as much as he could do. (there were a few who thought that should be his function and without significant improvement by year 3 should be let go) He just has too many deficiencies as a HC and Snead, Boras and the rest of the crewby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Its just a new beginning. And with a rookie QB the Rams weren't going to win many games this season anyway. So I kind of just saw it as a lost season to begin with. But to get rid of Fisher, well that is cause for celebrating. But I have my own reasons for that. Anyway, if the Rams retained Fisher? THAT would be disappointing... First if he doesn't get the job then it looks bad on him AND it makes Michigan organization and fans uneasy and probably put off. Second, when negotiating you don't start out with anything remotely that sounds like your interested, especially if you are trying to get, evidently, well over $10 million a year, If anything is done with Harbaugh, it will be done with little speculation unless tby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

I find this an interesting question because of how patient he is. To me, he is the anti-Gurley in regards to patience. Seems that Gurley will sometimes just run into the first thing he can be it a defender or his own blocker... He was hired to do a job that he doesn't have the ability to do. He didn't hire himself. And the we're all tired line is pretty sad and made worse by "we signed up for it".
