The Bills have played one regular season game at the Rogers Center from 2008 until 2012. I am sure that Rogers Communications have some sort of agreement with the NFL over any team that wants to move to Toronto as they already own the Toronto Blue Jays and are now part owners of MLS, owners of all pro sports teams in Toronto other then CFL team.
