I saw a interview with Orlando Pace a while back and he mentioned the trend of the newer uniforms and the sleeves and the tight fitting it gives defenders a lot less to grab hold of , and him being an offensive lineman , defenders could grab hold of your sleeves an jerseys and use it as leverage , it's alot harder now same with tackling the ball carrier or QB , no more tackling by the slee
